DOJ-released EFTA documents show he met Epstein at his New York residence in March 2010 while Epstein was under house arrest, to discuss Global Counsel's business plan.
Also helped arrange a potential Russian visa for Epstein through oligarch Oleg Deripaska in November 2010. Forwarded Global Counsel business assessments to Epstein in January 2011. Resigned from Global Counsel on 6 February 2026 after the documents were released.
