David Blaine

David Blaine (born David Blaine White) is an American magician, illusionist, and endurance artist. He appears in Epstein's black book with five phone numbers, placing him among the more frequently listed contacts. EFTA correspondence documents direct communication between Blaine and Epstein from at least 2012 to 2016.

In September 2012 (EFTA01888219), Epstein wrote "wheels up 11 tonight, need a citi car for david blaine, who will fly with us," and logistics emails (EFTA02163591) confirm a car was arranged to collect Blaine at Teterboro airport the following morning. Scheduling records show Blaine was a recurring presence at Epstein's New York residence. In September 2013 (EFTA02130123), assistant Lesley Groff organized a dinner with Woody Allen, Soon-Yi Previn, Neil Gershenfeld, and Jeff Koons, noting "David Blaine will stop by at 9pm." In November 2016 (EFTA01784833), Epstein's schedule listed "7:00pm DINNER w/Woody, Soon Yi and David Blaine." In October-November 2013, Blaine arranged tickets for Epstein to his "Nothing to Hide" show at the Pershing Square Signature Center.

Groff confirmed: "David Blaine will meet you out front of the theater tonight at 7:15pm...he has your tickets" (EFTA01755209). In a separate exchange (EFTA01755958), Epstein told an unidentified woman "yes, i will take you to david blaines" after she asked about evening plans. In January 2014 (EFTA01750518), Epstein introduced someone to his circle: "you will meet, ariane rothschild, david blaine, jes staley, tim zagat." An April 2014 thread (EFTA01750520) discusses organizing a gathering of 10-20 people around a Blaine appearance.

Tim Zagat's assistant asked Epstein's office about Blaine's fee for a private party (EFTA02114373). DOJ files released in January 2026 reveal additional details. In 2013, Epstein emailed Blaine: "Is your French girl in town?" Blaine replied: "I will stop by.

She just landed so jet lagged." A 2015 email to Epstein ahead of a dinner with Woody Allen and Soon-Yi Previn reads: "David Blaine WILL be bringing another magician with him tonight...he says he made this guy change his flight so he can make it." Epstein wrote to Blaine in 2015: "We should plan on a magician night for woodys 80th birthdya." In May 2015, Epstein asked Blaine to write a visa support letter for a woman whose identity is redacted; Blaine quickly agreed and both exchanged draft versions. In November 2016, Epstein forwarded Blaine a Daily Mail article about Trump-Epstein allegations. Blaine replied "Perfect," followed by discussion of "dinner with woody sun?" (d-15266).

Multiple visa support letters authored by Blaine were found in Epstein's files, written on behalf of an unidentified woman's O-1 visa application (d-20390, d-32673, d-16812). House Democrats released 68 previously unseen photos from Epstein's estate on December 18, 2025. One shows Blaine alongside Epstein, Ehud Barak, and Woody Allen.

No criminal charges related to Epstein's activities have been brought against Blaine.
