Gensler is a global architecture and design firm contracted by Jeffrey Epstein for architectural services on Little Saint James Island. EFTA documents show communications between Gensler principal Warwick Wicksman (Santa Monica office) and Epstein property manager Gary Kerney regarding design work on the island, including the pool, kitchen terrace, pavilions, and flagpole area. The design work and communications spanned 2009 to 2011.
Gensler confirmed the engagement publicly after the DOJ email releases, stating: "The design work and all communications with the Epstein organization ended prior to any construction."
