Linda Purl (born 1955 in Greenwich, Connecticut) is an American actress and jazz vocalist. She trained at the Toho Geino Academy in Japan, where she lived as a child, performing at the Imperial Theatre in Tokyo. Her television roles include Ashley Pfister on Happy Days (1982-1983), Charlene in the first season of Matlock (1986-1987), Helene Beesly in The Office (2009-2010), and recurring appearances in True Blood, Homeland, Major Crimes, and Designated Survivor.
She has also released several jazz albums. Purl appears in Epstein's personal address book. No allegations of wrongdoing in connection with Epstein have been made against her.
