Born in 1986 in Kosice, Slovakia. According to court filings and victim testimony, Epstein brought Marcinkova to the United States around 1999-2000 as a teenager, reportedly telling associates he had purchased her from her family. Victims described her as being groomed by Epstein and Maxwell, initially as an abuse victim herself before transitioning into an active participant.
In a 2010 civil deposition, she invoked her Fifth Amendment rights at least 42 times. Multiple Palm Beach police reports and civil depositions identified her as an active participant in Epstein's abuse of minors. Marcinkova was one of four individuals named as co-conspirators but granted immunity under the 2008 non-prosecution agreement.
She appeared regularly in Epstein flight logs under the initials "NM." After obtaining a commercial pilot's license in 2012, she became a certified pilot and flew Epstein's aircraft. She later went by Nadia Marcinko professionally. A significant development revealed in early 2026: newly released DOJ files show that Marcinko cooperated with U.S. federal prosecutors between 2018 and 2022, providing information about both Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell after her investor visa expired, in hopes of securing immigration assistance.
She was not publicly seen after early 2024. OSINT researchers assessed in late 2025 that she remained digitally active and was associated with the Zen Studies Society, a Buddhist community in New Jersey. She has not been charged with any crime.
The New Mexico Survivors' Truth Commission's interim report of August 5, 2026 states that "witnesses have provided information that Epstein and Maxwell groomed and abused" Marcinkova, and that she "eventually became a recruiter of other women and girls for Epstein and allegedly abused minors herself." She was one of four people named as co-conspirators and granted immunity under the 2007 federal non-prosecution agreement.
