Former senior aide and personal aide to President Bill Clinton who appears on 59 documented flight logs aboard Epstein's aircraft, one of the highest counts in the dataset, with travel concentrated between 2001 and 2004 on routes between New York, Palm Beach, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Band accompanied Clinton on the September 2002 Clinton Foundation humanitarian trip to Africa aboard Epstein's Boeing 727 alongside Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker, and has been documented on 5 shared flights with Clinton, 5 with Jeffrey Epstein, and 4 with Ghislaine Maxwell.
Attorney Bradley Edwards stated in a sworn 2019 affidavit that flight logs from 2002-2005 showed Clinton traveling on Epstein's plane on more than 10 occasions and ‘his assistant, Doug Band, traveled on many more occasions.’ Clinton's 21 phone numbers were stored in Epstein's contacts under Band's name. Epstein invoked the Fifth Amendment when asked about Band during a deposition. A 2004 email from Ghislaine Maxwell to Band's account contains personal and explicit language.
In 2011, Band co-founded Teneo Holdings, a corporate advisory firm. He has not been charged with any crime in connection with these matters.
