Kevin Spacey

Academy Award-winning actor (American Beauty, The Usual Suspects) confirmed on 6 legs of Epstein's Boeing 727 ("Lolita Express") in September 2002, all part of an eight-day Clinton Foundation humanitarian trip to Africa focused on HIV/AIDS awareness. Countries visited included Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, and Mozambique. Fellow passengers included former President Bill Clinton, Chris Tucker, Doug Band, and Chauntae Davies; Ghislaine Maxwell was also present on portions of the trip.

In a June 2024 Piers Morgan Uncensored interview, Spacey acknowledged the flights and disclosed that "young girls" were on the plane with Clinton Foundation members. He stated he felt Epstein "put the president at risk on that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls," while maintaining he had no personal relationship with Epstein or Maxwell and never visited Epstein's private island. He said he learned only later that the aircraft was Epstein's.

In July 2025, Spacey publicly posted on X: "Release the Epstein files. All of them. For those of us with nothing to fear, the truth can't come soon enough." In the December 2025 DOJ Transparency Act release; the largest single drop, covering 33,000+ files; photographs from Epstein's estate showed Spacey standing with Bill Clinton, corroborating prior testimony.

No evidence of wrongdoing against Spacey was found in the released materials; Deputy AG Todd Blanche stated the files contained no credible blackmail evidence against any third party. Listed in Epstein's black book with 2 phone numbers. Separately, Spacey was acquitted of all nine criminal sexual offence charges in a 2023 London trial; civil claims by three additional men are scheduled for trial in October 2026 in London.
